- Yes. Thunderbolt 5 is backwards-compatible with TB4, TB3, and USB4. Plug-and-play on Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux. No driver install, no IT ticket.
- For office work — Excel, Outlook, Teams, browser, code, calls, Word — you won't notice the refresh rate. For 4K gaming or video editing, buy a 60Hz dock instead.
- Yes — both DisplayPort 1.4 outputs run independent 4K @ 30Hz signals, plus HDMI 2.0b for a third 4K monitor (mirrored or extended).
- 15W Qi2-certified. Works with iPhone 8+ (MagSafe-aligned with Qi2), all modern Android phones, AirPods Pro, Pixel Buds, and most Qi/Qi2 earbuds.
- 1 × AlphaDock CL1, 1 × 100W USB-C power adapter, 1 × user manual. Thunderbolt 5 host cable is integrated into the dock.
- 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. UK-based support at info@alphadock.shop. Full UKCA, CE, RoHS, WEEE, and Qi2 compliance.

- Q4 2026. We're running the Super Early Bird pre-order first, then launching on Kickstarter once we have production units to show. Pre-order backers ship before Kickstarter backers.
- Alpha Dock LTD is a UK-registered company (Companies House #16003261, incorporated 7 October 2024). UK trademark registered 6 February 2026 (UK00004296739). The unit in our photos is the production aluminium dock. Our 2025 Kickstarter ran with a prototype that didn't fund — we spent the following year finalising the real product. Pre-orders are processed by Stripe with full refund rights until shipping.
