1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using alphadock.shop and purchasing or pre-ordering AlphaDock CL1, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Product Information
All product descriptions, specifications, and images on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Display Output Limit: AlphaDock CL1 supports 4K @ 30Hz maximum. This is not a limitation of the Thunderbolt 5 connection but of the dock's multi-port architecture. We disclose this prominently because it is a real constraint for video editing and gaming workflows.
3. Kickstarter Pre-Orders
Prices and delivery dates on our Kickstarter page are subject to change until the campaign is funded. Once funded, delivery dates and pricing become firm commitments. Early bird pricing is available for a limited time only.
Pre-orders on Kickstarter are fulfilled in the order received. Estimated delivery is Q4 2026, subject to manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory approval delays beyond our control.
4. Warranty
AlphaDock CL1 comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, contact info@alphadock.shop with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
5. Returns and Refunds
Kickstarter backers may request a refund if the campaign is not funded by the deadline. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the campaign close date.
For retail purchases on Amazon UK or alphadock.shop, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Dock LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use AlphaDock CL1 or this website, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.
7. Compatibility
AlphaDock CL1 is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux devices with a Thunderbolt 5 or USB-C port. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or driver configuration. Compatibility issues due to third-party hardware, drivers, or operating systems are not covered under warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Alpha Dock LTD or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify AlphaDock CL1
- Resell pre-order units obtained through Kickstarter for profit without our written consent
- Harass, abuse, or defame any person or organization through our platform
10. B2B Orders
Volume orders of 50+ units are subject to NET-30 invoicing terms, volume pricing negotiation, and a formal purchase agreement. Contact info@alphadock.shop to discuss your requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
