Shipping & Delivery.

1. Kickstarter Orders

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery for all Kickstarter tiers (Single, Twin, 5-Pack, 10-Pack) is Q4 2026 (October–December 2026). This is a best-effort estimate based on manufacturing, testing, and logistics timelines. Manufacturing delays, component shortages, or regulatory approval delays may push this date forward.

Shipping Regions

Kickstarter orders ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Royal Mail / DHL, free shipping)
  • European Union (DHL, shipping fee applies)
  • United States (FedEx, shipping fee applies)
  • Australia & Canada (DHL, shipping fee applies)

All international shipments include tracking and insurance. Customs duties and import taxes in non-UK regions are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.

2. Retail Orders (Amazon UK & US, alphadock.shop)

Shipping Timeline

Retail orders available from January 2027 onwards (post-Kickstarter fulfillment). Typical delivery times:

  • UK: 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • EU: 5–10 business days via DHL
  • US: 3–7 business days via FedEx

Shipping Costs

Standard retail shipping is included in the displayed price for UK orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Express Shipping

Express and next-day delivery options are available at checkout for UK orders (additional fee applies). Select your preferred carrier during purchase.

3. Bulk Orders (B2B, 50+ Units)

Shipping Arrangement

Bulk orders are arranged individually. Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are negotiated based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements. Contact info@alphadock.shop to discuss your specific needs.

Consolidation & Storage

We can consolidate units for a single shipment, arrange staged deliveries, or provide storage for phased rollouts. Our logistics partner in China can also handle direct-to-site shipping for large orders.

4. Shipping Issues

Delayed Shipments

We use reputable couriers (Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx) and ship tracked. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the package is lost, contact us at info@alphadock.shop with your order number and tracking details.

Damaged or Defective Units

Inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and notify the carrier and us immediately. If the unit itself is defective, contact info@alphadock.shop within 14 days with photos and a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or repair under warranty.

Missing Items

Multi-unit orders (Twin, 5-Pack, 10-Pack) are packed with item counts listed on the invoice. If units are missing, photograph the open box and invoice, and contact us within 7 days with evidence. We will investigate with the carrier and replace missing units.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country upon delivery. We cannot predict or reimburse these charges, as they depend on local regulations and the recipient's tax status.

For EU customers: VAT is charged at checkout (20% UK VAT). Your customs authority may collect additional import VAT upon delivery.

6. Address Changes

Once an order ships, the address cannot be changed. If you need to redirect a package, contact the carrier immediately using your tracking number. If delivery to the original address fails, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipment fees may apply).

7. Environmental Packaging

All AlphaDock shipments use recyclable cardboard and paper padding. We do not use plastic foam or single-use plastics where possible. Help us reduce waste — reuse or recycle the packaging.
